1. What are your Warranty Terms and Conditions?
Workspace.ae warrants that Supplied Products are free from defects in materials and production. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery, irrespective of shift usage, to the original End User and is non-transferable. Workspace.ae will fix or replace with comparable product, at its option and free of charge (for materials and components) any product, part or component which fails under normal use. If repair or spare is not commercially practicable, Workspace.ae will provide a refund or credit for the affected product. Our Warranty differs from product to product. 2. How do I return the items?
Goods that have been made to order in a specific finish or upholstery color as per customer’s specifications cannot be returned. Stock items can be returned provided that we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order provided the item is returned within 3 days from delivery. 4. Can I get my furniture customized?
Absolutely! Our products can be customized according to your preferred size, material, color and finish. 5. Can I customize the dimensions of the furniture?
Yes. The dimensions of our work stations and meeting tables can be customized to better fit your office space.
6. Are your products manufactured with quality leather?
All our products are manufactured with top quality Aniline leather, Genuine Leather or PU Leather. Please visit https://workspace.ae/content/leather-types to know more about the leather grades and how to maintain them.
7. How can I make the payment for my order?
We accept payments through Cash, Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfers.
8. Do you charge VAT?
All product prices displayed include VAT
9. How long will it take for my furniture order to be made and delivered?
The delivery of the items depends on their availability, customization and payment. Please note that the production process begins only after the order has been paid in full. Once the full payment has been made you can expect your items within the timeframe mentioned under each item on our website.
10. Can I pick my furniture from the showroom?
We have an efficient delivery team who will deliver the furniture to your office.
11. Do you provide installation services?
Our efficient delivery and installation team will assist you with complete installation of the furniture as required.
12. Are the accessories included in the price of the table?
The steel drawers and the under-desk cable management tray is not included in the price and have to be purchased separately. All workstations come with standard round grommets and meeting tables come with rectangular grommets. Other types of grommets (motorized flipping socket, flip-top socket, pop-up socket pneumatic, smart pop-up socket, desktop power grommet, and wireless charger) must be purchased separately.
13. Do you install the Acoustic wall panels?
Unfortunately, we do not provide installation services for Acoustic Wall Panels.
